Kay Lombardo has been working for Robertson Associates since 2012, as our Partner in the US. She oversees our US clients and supports the development of our European clients oversea.

Building on her Bachelor of Science, French and Economics as well as her International Business Degree from the Neoma Business School, Kay brings several years of highest level executive search experience, performed all over the world for tier one companies, both in the industry and the services.

Kay is a certified professional coach with extensive track record. She has earned a certificate in Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace from the South Florida University.

She speaks English, French with good notions of Spanish and devotes private time helping talented young adults and top companies together to launch careers, power business, and build community.
