Diego Rudolph focuses on business growth within Switzerland and internationally.

He brings over 25 years of successful business experience, working with clients of all sizes and industries from around the world. He began his career at Heidrick & Struggles, Credit Suisse and KPMG, where he developed senior level relationships with both clients and executive candidates, particularly in the Wealth Management, Asset Management, Banking & Insurance, as well as the Advisory & Legal sectors. Additionally, he has held Commercial Director positions at global management consulting firms, with a focus on senior level HR strategic client topics.

Diego holds an MBA in International Management and Marketing, and he further enhanced his expertise by completing an Executive Program in Digital Business Strategies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Boston, USA. He is fluent in German, English, French and Spanish.
