Leadership Development Coach

Kristina is a senior Leadership Development Coach supporting our clients in growing their key talents and nurturing their internal leadership pipeline.

Driven by her genuine interest in people and their personal development, she gained deep expertise in the area of talent management and leadership development throughout her international career in different global companies like Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Levi Strauss, Staples and Deloitte Consulting.

During these 20 years of work experience in different corporate environments Kristina focused on Employer Branding, Recruitment & Selection, Talent Management, Leadership Development Training Programs as well as Leadership Development Coaching. She obtained the ICF-Coach-Certification in 2011 and worked until 2019 as an internal coach for her employers.

In 2020, Kristina started her own independent coaching & training activity. She helps leaders to leverage strong self-awareness, emotional intelligence competencies and an authentic leadership style to build trust, to guide high performing teams, to gain self-confidence and to keep their personal balance.

Kristina received a Master in Applied Cultural Sciences from the University of Lüneburg, Germany, in the year 2000. She speaks English, French and German.

Kristina started working for ROBERTSON ASSOCIATES in 2023.
