Caroline Delhaye has joined Robertson in 2022. She has an extensive experience in the FMCG sector on all senior management positions, in Europe.

Caroline has a Master in Business Engineering and has been working for 6 years in executive search, focusing on sales and marketing profiles in a wide range of sectors from senior Managers to Directors and Board Members.

Caroline is also accredited to the Insight Discovery Model and she fluently speaks French, English and Dutch.
