Gaëlle joined Robertson Associates in 2023 with 15 years of experience in Human Resources in executive recruitment, coaching, and leadership development in various businesses and countries.

After completing her Master’s degree in Management, she worked in local and international recruitment for sectors such as IT, the pharmaceutical industry, and retail. She then worked on international talent management projects, assessment & development centers, and accompanied managers in the development of their leadership and career.

She then lived 7 years in Asia and Canada, where she complemented her recruitment skills with a rich international experience as a certified career & leadership coach and she is certified by the International Coaching Federation. Gaëlle speaks French, English, and Dutch.
