With over ten years of experience in Executive Search, she has developed proven expertise across Strategy Consulting and Management Firms, as well as the Finance, Retail, Energy and Technology sectors.

Katrin brings a strong international background, having worked in Dubai and Abu Dhabi at an international management consulting firm, where she built a wide network with a clear focus on business development and lasting partnerships.

She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and speaks German, English and Spanish.
