Federica De Iaco joined Robertson Associates bringing nearly 20 years of experience in Executive Search and Leadership Recruitment. She has a strong track record across Consumer Goods, Luxury, Fashion, and, in recent years, has expanded her expertise to Technology, Renewable Energy, Life Science and AgriFood Tech.
With a global outlook and a consultative approach, Federica advises clients on senior and executive-level appointments in dynamic and competitive markets. Prior to Executive Search, she gained international experience in consulting, consumer goods, and the non-profit sector.
Federica holds a Juris Doctor degree in International Law and has lived and worked in New York, São Paulo, Brussels, and Madrid, where she has been based since 2016. A native Italian speaker, she is also fluent in Spanish, English, French, and Portuguese.
