Gianfranco GIURA LONGO is an Equity Partner and Board Member. For more than 30 years, he has led the Milan office of Robertson Associates, which he founded in 1989. After gaining professional experience in Germany and Switzerland, where he supported Italian organizations in establishing and developing their local operations, he joined Robertson Associates and played a key role in building the firm’s presence in Italy.

Based in Milan, Gianfranco advises clients across Italy and international markets, leading senior Executive Search assignments and supporting organizations in the identification and acquisition of leadership talent.

Before joining Robertson Associates, he held the position of Export Manager with a global leader in the luxury goods industry. Alongside his extensive experience in luxury goods, he has developed expertise across industrial and consumer goods, engineering, furniture and design, professional services, and legal services.

Gianfranco is fluent in Italian, English, and German, enabling him to work effectively across diverse international business environments.
