As an Executive Performance Advisor, Gaëlle coaches C-suite leaders and managers from leading global companies, as well as professionals from strategic consulting and law firms, amongst many others.

Gaëlle works with leaders, executives and teams operating in demanding, high-performance environments.

Gaëlle brings 15 years of international experience and has lived across three continents. Through her work in executive search, she has supported consulting firms and corporates in assessing, recruiting and developing senior leaders.

Her previous experience also includes leadership assessment and leadership development programs for high potentials within a large industrial energy provider.
