Phivos Livaditis joined Robertson Associates in 2022 as our Associate Partner.

Phivos is one of a senior executive search professional, with a European reach and track record across multiple industries. In one of latest responsibilities, as a Director Recruiting for Bain&Company in Brussels, he defined the talent acquisition strategy. He previously led a 100-consultant recruiting team of a global IT consulting firm.

Phivos’ main domains of expertise are in Management Consulting, IT, Telecommunications and Manufacturing
He benefits from master’s degree at the Université Libre de Bruxelles and is six sigma certified.

Phivos also is the Head Coach of a Division 2 Men Basketball team.
