Chantal relies on 20 years experience in HR. After a Master in Applied Economics and HR Master Class from Vlerick Management School, she was CHRO at a Belgian Real Estate company listed on Bel 20.

Chantal coaches people going through professional re-orientation or difficulties. Next to missions at Robertson Associates, she works as a Mission Advisor at Women on Board, an association dedicated to female Board members.

Chantal has been a regular trainer and speaker at ICHEC Management School in Brussels. She is socially involved with Alter foRHum, an association helping and supporting jobless people.

She speaks French, English and Dutch.
