How it works

The Career Acceleration Program identifies your career options & builds a clear career plan, on where you want to go; position & industry, based on your key motivators, skills & values. The next step is to craft a targeted plan, on the HOW to get there, to reach the milestones, that will help make your career goal happen.

Sessions are facilitated by a Career Strategist and there is an amount of pre-work to bring to the sessions to keep on track.

The Career Acceleration Program includes 5 sessions of 60-90 minutes, along with the tools and templates to help you with career traction.

You can add on additional sessions if you need more. The specialist sessions (resume writing, executive presence, leadership transition etc.) are bespoke, so in case you would like to consider these type of services, let us know and we will share the details with you.
