Stéphanie Leclère brings a wealth of experience with over 17 years in executive search, leadership assessment, and talent development. As Managing Director of Leclère & Consultants, she successfully led strategic search and assessment projects across various industries, leveraging deep-interview techniques, online/offline Assessments and Development Centers.

Well-connected in international executive search networks, she actively supports organizations in securing top leaders globally. A trusted expert for senior executive selection at the Belgian federal government, she also plays a key role in professional associations, contributing to HR best practices.

In 2025, she joined Robertson Associates to expand her expertise on a global scale. Stéphanie holds a Master’s degree in Neuropsychology and has completed advanced training in Business Management. She is fluent in French, Dutch and English.
